Cancellation Policy

Client understands that upon entering this service contract, Barkada Cusina is committing time, preparation, & resources to your event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities. Therefore, the following cancellation policies will apply:

• A 25% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. Without a deposit, we will not be able to reserve your date.

• In the event that an order or catering must be cancelled, it can be done so with no charges, with an exception of the 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, up to seven (7) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of services made six (6) full business days or less prior to the event will be charged 50% of the total contract. Cancellation of services made less than two (2) full business day of the event will be charged 100% of the contract.
• If, at any time after booking your event, we, Barkada Cusina, cancels your event for any valid reasons, client will receive full refund including your 25% non-refundable fee.
